Terms of Service
Retrotech is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer data. This page summarizes the safeguards we use to protect our Services and how to report security concerns.
This page is informational and does not create additional contractual obligations. Any customer-specific security commitments may be defined in an Order, SOW, or separate agreement.
02.Controls
We use access controls intended to limit access to systems and data, including:
- role-based access for internal tools where applicable;
- least-privilege principles (access granted only when necessary);
- access updates when roles or responsibilities change.
Customer responsibility:You are responsible for managing access for your users and protecting account credentials.
03.Protection
We apply safeguards designed to protect data processed through the Services, including:
- encryption in transit (e.g., HTTPS/TLS) for connections to the Services;
- protective measures for stored data and backups where appropriate.
We incorporate security-focused practices into development and deployment, which may include controlled change management and code review processes.
04.Response
We monitor the Services to help identify suspicious activity and service issues. If we become aware of a security incident that impacts customer data, we will investigate, take steps to contain and remediate the issue, and provide notifications as required by applicable law and contract.

Please include:
- affected page/product and a description of the issue;
- steps to reproduce (if available);
- potential impact;
- your contact details for follow-up.
Please do not:
- access or modify data that does not belong to you;
- disrupt the Services (e.g., denial-of-service attempts);
- publicly disclose the issue before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate.
Third Parties
Retrotech may use third-party vendors to support infrastructure and service operations. We select vendors based on business needs and expect appropriate safeguards consistent with the services they provide.
Privacy and Legal
Retrotech handles personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including under applicable UAE laws (including the UAE PDPL where relevant).
